A native of the House of Stone. She’s been based in several countries, reporting from Brazil, Canada and the U.S. Often buried under Black archives, you can find some words in T: The New York Times Style Magazine, Rolling Stone, The Globe and Mail, VICE, Pitchfork, Literary Hub, Jezebel and Lapham’s Quarterly. Occasionally will stand behind a Yashica. Formerly at Vanity Fair and currently at The Atlantic, while also reviewing music at Pitchfork. Her debut novel, “The Ones We Loved,” is forthcoming from Harper Collins Canada.
